Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellowing outer leaves. Cut larger sprouts in half for even cooking.

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
