Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French baguette
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Orange bell pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella
  • 10 Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the baguette into 1/2-inch slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Brush both sides of each slice with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

Dice the red, yellow, and orange bell peppers into small, even-sized pieces.
