Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup mozzarella pearls
  • 1 small loaf French baguette
  • 0.25 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 large cloves garlic cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.

Brush both sides of the baguette slices lightly with olive oil using a pastry brush.
