Ingredients

  • 115 grams Unsalted butter
  • 170 grams Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 50 grams Brown sugar
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 95 grams All-purpose flour
  • 20 grams Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 60 grams Chocolate chunks (optional for filling)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together, stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Step 3

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and combined.
