  • 500 grams broccoli florets

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli florets to ensure even cooking.

Peel the garlic cloves and thinly slice them into chips using a sharp knife or mandoline.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil over medium heat.
