  • 1 cup Pasta cooking water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. While waiting, prepare the broccoli rabe by trimming the tough ends and cutting the rest into 2-inch pieces.

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Slice the vegetarian sausage into rounds and cook them for 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned. Remove and set aside.
