Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups ham, diced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.75 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or a thin layer of olive oil.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and translucent.
