Ingredients

  • 500 grams Broccoli florets
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves

  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the broccoli florets thoroughly under cold running water and let them drain. If the florets are too large, cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Peel the garlic cloves and mince them finely.

Step 3

In a small bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water until well combined. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the surface.
