  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Canned sweet corn (drained)

  • 0.5 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a 9x9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.

Bring a medium-sized pot of water to boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch them for about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
