  • 2 large (about 1 lb total) Chicken breasts
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets

  • 0.5 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil. Blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp. Drain them and set aside.
