Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with butter or cooking spray.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch them for 2-3 minutes, until bright green and slightly tender. Drain the broccoli and set aside.
