Ingredients

  • 300 g broccoli florets
  • 200 g button mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1

Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.

Step 2

Clean the button mushrooms and slice them thinly.

Step 3

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, water, cornstarch, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to create the sauce mixture and set it aside.

Step 5

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 6

Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
