  • 100 milliliters Water
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables by cutting the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Rinse them thoroughly under running water and set aside.

Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves.

In a large skillet or sauté pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
