Ingredients

  • 1 wheel (8 oz) round brie cheese
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper
  • 10 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 loaf baguette

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Place the red and yellow bell peppers on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is charred and blistered.

Step 3

Remove the roasted peppers from the oven and place them in a bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and let them steam for 10 minutes.

Peel the skin off the cooled peppers, remove the stem and seeds, and slice into thin strips.
