  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground nutmeg
  • 1 handful Fresh arugula (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the bread into four even slices, approximately 1/2 inch thick.

Step 2

Spread 1 tablespoon of pear paste on each of the four slices.

Step 3

Thinly slice the brie cheese and layer it generously on two slices of bread.
