Ingredients

  • 1 ball Pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 2 medium Pears
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
  • 0.25 cup Walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.

Step 2

On a clean surface, lightly dust with flour. Roll out the pizza dough into a 12–14-inch circle or oval, depending on your preference.

Step 3

Place the rolled-out dough on a piece of parchment paper for easy transfer to the oven.

Step 4

Brush the surface of the dough with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, making sure to cover the edges as well.

Step 5

Arrange the thin slices of brie cheese evenly across the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.

Layer the pear slices on top of the brie, slightly overlapping them if needed.

Sprinkle the chopped fresh rosemary evenly over the pizza. If you’re using walnuts, scatter them on top as well.
