  • 150 grams Red seedless grapes
  • 10 grams Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the French baguette into 8 diagonal slices, about 1 cm thick each.

Step 2

Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice.

Step 3

Thinly slice the Brie cheese into pieces that can cover the baguette slices.

Step 4

Wash the red seedless grapes and pat them dry. Slice them in half lengthwise.

Step 5

Chop the fresh mint leaves finely.

Step 6

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the buttered side of the baguette slices down onto the skillet.

Toast the bread slices for 2-3 minutes until they turn golden brown and crisp.

Step 8

Remove the bread from the skillet and let it cool slightly. Spread a small drizzle of honey over the unbuttered side of each slice.

Layer the brie slices onto the bread, followed by a few grape halves on top.

Step 10

Sprinkle the chopped mint over the grapes, and season with a tiny pinch of salt and black pepper to enhance the flavors.

Step 11

Press the slices together gently to make sandwiches or serve them open-faced if preferred.

Step 12

Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
