Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu to remove excess liquid. Wrap the tofu block in a clean kitchen towel and place a heavy object, like a skillet, on top. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

While the tofu is pressing, prepare your vegetables by washing and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
