  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 0.5 cup Kahlua liqueur
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or two 9-inch round cake pans, and lightly dust them with flour.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
