  • 3 pieces Ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Directions

Step 1

Peel and slice the frozen banana into smaller chunks if necessary to make blending easier.

Step 2

Add almond milk to a blender, followed by the whey protein powder and frozen banana chunks.

Step 3

Add peanut butter, rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes to the blender.

Step 4
