Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Hard-boiled eggs
  • 8 pieces Almond slices
  • 16 pieces Raisins
  • 4 stems Chives
  • 2 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 4 pieces Cheese cubes

Directions

Step 1

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and set them aside on a clean plate.

Step 2

Take two almond slices and gently press them into one end of each egg to create the mouse’s ears. Position them slightly apart for a realistic look.

Step 3

Use two raisins for each egg to form the eyes. Press them lightly into the egg white near the almond ears.

Step 4

Slice a cherry tomato in half and then cut small triangle-shaped pieces. Insert one triangle into the narrow end of each egg to form the mouse’s nose.

Step 5

Take a chive stem and cut it into two 3-inch pieces for each egg. Attach them to the back side of the egg to create a tail by gently pressing them into the egg white.

Step 6

Place a cheese cube in front of each finished 'mouse' as if it’s nibbling on the cheese to complete the scene.

Step 7

Arrange the 'mice' on a serving plate and let your family enjoy these adorable breakfast treats!
