  • 1 medium Tomato, diced
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Trim and chop the green beans into small bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped green beans and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
