  • 330 g All-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp Instant yeast
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted, for brushing)
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder (optional, for brushing)
  • 1 tsp Dried herbs (optional, for sprinkling)

Directions

Step 1

Add the warm water, olive oil, sugar, and salt to the pan of your bread machine.

Step 2

Layer the all-purpose flour on top, ensuring it fully covers the liquid ingredients.

Step 3

Make a small well in the center of the flour and add the instant yeast to the well.

Step 4

Set the bread machine to the 'Dough' cycle and press start.

Step 5

Once the dough cycle is complete (usually takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes), remove the dough from the machine and place it on a lightly floured surface.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
