Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 150 grams bread crumbs
  • 100 grams all-purpose flour
  • 60 milliliters milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 60 milliliters vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, and parsley.

Add the egg, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture and mix until well blended.

Shape the meat mixture into 8 equal patties and set aside.
