  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch to ensure they cook evenly.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon zest.
