  • 300 milliliters warm water
  • 50 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 unit egg, beaten
  • 200 grams sliced ham
  • 200 grams sliced cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Step 2

Add the warm water and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and allow it to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
