  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Amaranth flour
  • 0.5 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons Dry milk powder
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant yeast

Directions

Step 1

Add the water, orange juice, olive oil, and honey to the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer (usually liquids first).

Step 2

Sprinkle the salt and orange zest evenly over the liquid ingredients.

Step 3

Add the all-purpose flour, amaranth flour, and whole wheat flour to the pan. Make sure to evenly distribute the flour over the surface of the liquid ingredients.
