  • 1 cup, canned (drained) sweet corn
  • 1 cup, sliced black or green olives
  • 1 half cup raisins
  • 3 cups (store-bought or homemade) shoestring potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon, or to taste salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon, or to taste black pepper

Directions

Step 1: Cook the chicken breasts in boiling water seasoned with a pinch of salt for 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove from the water, let cool slightly, and shred into thin pieces using two forks or your hands.
