Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 150 grams Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor)
  • 50 grams All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 200 grams Fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 120 ml Chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Using a sharp knife, create a horizontal pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Step 3

Stuff each chicken breast with about 2 tablespoons of Boursin cheese, then secure the openings with toothpicks to prevent the filling from spilling out during cooking.

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Lightly dredge each stuffed chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
