Ingredients

  • 16 sheets Phyllo dough sheets
  • 500 grams Fresh spinach
  • 200 grams Feta cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 120 grams Sour cream
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a large baking pan with olive oil or butter.

Step 2

Thoroughly wash and dry the spinach. Chop it finely and place it in a large bowl.

Step 3

Crumble the feta cheese into the bowl with the spinach. Add the eggs, sour cream, salt, and black pepper, and mix well until combined to create the filling.

Melt the butter gently in a small saucepan or microwave. Mix in the olive oil and set aside.

Lay a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface. Lightly brush the surface with the butter and oil mixture.
