  • 2 medium, sliced Bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1 medium, diced Zucchini
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the boneless pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
