  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cups Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 pound Prepared pizza dough
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cups Ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown on the outside.

Remove the skillet from heat and toss the cooked chicken in Buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Set aside to cool slightly.

Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
