  • 1 cup Cornstarch

  • 0.25 cup Sweet chili sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 3 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and milk to create the Bang Bang sauce. Set this aside for later.

Season the raw shrimp with salt and black pepper.
