Ingredients

  • 1 medium, diced Cucumber
  • 2 medium, diced Tomatoes
  • 1 small, finely chopped Red onion
  • 1 medium, grated Carrot
  • 1 small, finely chopped (optional) Green chili
  • 0.5 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 0.25 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon (adjust to taste) Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon (optional) Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Wash and prepare the vegetables: peel and dice the cucumber, dice the tomatoes, finely chop the red onion, and grate the carrot.

If using green chili, finely chop it and set it aside.
