  • 2 large Eggs (room temperature)
  • 75 grams Unsalted butter (melted and slightly cooled)
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 60 milliliters Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 100 grams Chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
