  • 0.5 cup Cilantro leaves
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 piece Jalapeño
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice (for green sauce)
  • 1 piece Garlic clove (for green sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (for green sauce)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt (for green sauce)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, oregano, black pepper, kosher salt, and optional aji amarillo paste. Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the mixture.
