Ingredients

  • 6 medium (peeled, pitted, and sliced) peaches
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup (divided) granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup (packed) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup (cold, diced) unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with butter or spray with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches and blueberries.

Step 3

Add 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, the cornstarch, and lemon juice to the fruit mixture. Mix gently to coat the fruit evenly. Set aside.
