Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry sheets
  • 200 grams Cream cheese
  • 60 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 200 grams Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 50 grams Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Step 4

In another bowl, combine the blueberries, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the blueberries evenly.

On a floured surface, roll out each pastry sheet and cut into squares to form the base of each danish.
