  • 3 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup Raw almonds, chopped

  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 0.5 cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Dried blueberries

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, ground cinnamon, and salt.

In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil. Stir in the honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until well combined.
