Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, granulated sugar, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean, dry surface. Brush it lightly with melted butter, then layer a second sheet on top. Repeat this process until you have 5 layers stacked together.
Spread half of the ricotta mixture evenly across the middle of the phyllo stack, leaving a 5 cm (2-inch) border on all sides.
Sprinkle half of the fresh blueberries over the ricotta filling, then top with a handful of slivered almonds.
Fold the edges of the phyllo over the filling to enclose it, then roll the pastry into a log. Gently twist the log into a spiral shape to resemble a bird's nest. Transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
