  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas (large, 10-inch)
  • 8 slices Bacon strips
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved or diced)
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce leaves (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.25 cup Ranch dressing (optional, for dipping)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Cook the bacon slices in the skillet until crispy, about 7-8 minutes. Remove the bacon and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Crumble into smaller pieces once cooled.

Step 3

While the bacon is cooking, prepare the other ingredients: halve or dice the cherry tomatoes, shred the lettuce, and grate the cheddar cheese if not pre-shredded.

Wipe the skillet clean with a paper towel and return it to medium heat.

Spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter on one side of each tortilla.
