Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 100 grams Ham (chopped)
  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine chopped ham, grated cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Stir in the chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
