  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 12 ounces Penne pasta
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Rub the chicken breasts evenly on both sides with the Cajun seasoning.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter melts and starts to foam.
