Directions

Step 1

Preheat a cast-iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until it's very hot.

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the blackened seasoning.
