  • 2 pieces Burger buns
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 4 slices Pickles
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin between two pieces of plastic wrap.

Season both sides of the chicken generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
