  • 0.5 cup Blue cheese crumbles
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 4 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a deep pan with vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) for frying.

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, then cut them into drumettes and flats if necessary.
