  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 0.5 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped red onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
