  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional) Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons (optional) Lime juice

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes, or until softened.
