  • 1 cup Black beans (cooked or canned, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 Lime (zested and juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas (large)
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the chicken. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and rub them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil on both sides.

In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning blend evenly over both chicken breasts.
