  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 piece Large egg
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup White chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, instant coffee powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes using a hand or stand mixer.
